They are looking for someone who has a BS degree, 3-5 years experience within a plastics injection molding manufacturing, project experience, FDA experience preferred, and a willingness to work on the floor. Successful candidate will also need 3-5 years experience with processing or with automation, including programming, troubleshooting and PLC experience. You will assist manufacturing in producing a quality product in a safe and efficient manner. You will handle projects that include purchasing and installing injection molding equipment, along with managing automation projects of new and existing assembly operations. While you will be working on some projects, you will spend a large portion of their time on the manufacturing floor, working with the employees and the machines. Salary range $60,000-$68,000 with excellent benefits.
